Hi, from Active Outdoor Life. I’m Keith Weigold—an avid walker, hiker, cyclist, and lifelong health enthusiast. With 13 years of Army service as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Combat Medic, I learned firsthand the importance of staying healthy, active, and resilient. Army training taught me how to maintain strength and endurance through consistent movement, and I proudly continued that journey by training for regular 5K runs and participating in outdoor races. At 58 years old, I still stay active and challenge myself; just last month, I completed a Spartan Race with my adult children—a reminder that fitness and adventure are lifelong pursuits.
My passion is helping others—especially busy professionals and outdoor lovers—maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle by harnessing the power of nature, smart nutrition, and sustainable habits. Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, stay strong, or reconnect with yourself and the outdoors, I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. My mission is to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through my army years and active life so you can thrive in your journey toward health and vitality.
